Sylvie Zolezzi, Adopt a Family Liaison, and Underwriting Chair
Sylvie has been a member of Ross Valley Women’s League since 2013. She is serving as President Emeritus, Adopt a Family Liaison, and Live Auction Chair for 2022. Over the years, she has been Strategy Chair, Vice President, Gala Co-chair, Live and Silent Auction Co-chair, and Membership Chair. Sylvie was also a member of the Adopt A Family Board of Directors for four years.
She has been living in the Bay Area with her husband for the past 30 years and raised both her children in Marin. She is a Bachelors degree from Université de Provence in Aix-en-Provence, France and has a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York. She also attended the Fordham Graduate School of Business. She has 30 years of business experience (including investment and commercial banking and human resources management), and 9 years of board leadership under her belt, and is now focusing her time and energy on board work and supporting her community. She is passionate about best practices in board governance and empowering board members–especially women—to excel and find purpose in their board work. She is a staunch believer in supporting her local community and in the excellent work of Adopt A Family to prevent homelessness in Marin County.
She enjoys entertaining and whipping up culinary magic for her family and friends, traveling internationally, and hiking on the trails of Marin with her dogs.
